PreAct, 10min WU, 5min of active, 12km progression run (to a Saturday effort), 15min CD , hip mobility, push and sit and stretch.
Pretty solid workout today, may have started out a bit slow, made sure the last part was quality, was moving really well at end, concentrated on pushing and getting every inch out of every stride with good form. The final time was 48:33.

PreAct, 15min WU, 10min Tempo, Active WU, 3 X (8 X 200m with 100m jog between, 400m jog between sets, 15min CD, hip mobility, push and sit and stretching.
Solid workout today, felt pretty good and stayed in a positive mindset throughout, though about staying smooth and it is what I make of it. Hit a couple of 36’s at the end, mostly 37’s throughout, a couple 38’s towards start. Just worked through chunk by chunk, concentrated on what needed to be done and that I could.
