PreAct, 15min WU, 10min Tempo, Active WU, 2 X 1000m with 3min rest, 3min recovery, 10 X 200m with 100m jog, 15min CD, Hip mobility and push and sit.
Not the best workout today, 1ks were slow over 3:15, the 200s were in the range, 35-39, mostly 36s. Legs feel slow, like they just won’t go and slow to warm up. Just going and pushing.

Pretty easy, a bit just blah and ache.

Pre act, 16 minute wu, active wu, 10 k race, 15 minute cd.
Pretty good race today, felt like it took a while for legs to wake up, chased for first half, then overtook and lead to the finish. Was leading by a bit so was working on making sure that turnover was very quick and form was good while pushing.
