12km in it 6 km easy 4 medium 2 strong. Didnt feel very good. My back snd knees hurt. Times: 6,33km - 32.33mins (avg. 5.09/km) 4.17km - 19.57mins (avg. 4.47/km) 1.76km - 7.55mins (avg. 4.30/km) I misscalculated the kms a bit so thats why it wasnt exactly 2km) Also my throat is sore hopefully not an illness again
