training in Bodoglar. running in pairs. some smaller mistakes. should have been 7.8 km but there were hunters at one part so we had to skip some controls.

12km in it 6 km easy 4 medium 2 strong. Didnt feel very good. My back snd knees hurt.

6,33km - 32.33mins (avg. 5.09/km)
4.17km - 19.57mins (avg. 4.47/km)
1.76km - 7.55mins (avg. 4.30/km)
I misscalculated the kms a bit so thats why it wasnt exactly 2km)
Also my throat is sore hopefully not an illness again

again up to the TV tower (Szekely Bertalan) until the first part (mandulas) today the time was 9.20. really tired after all the trainings but we wanted to run this cause at home we dont have hills at all:)
