| Guelph lakes -10 k.. i decided this morning to try and run a road race ( first in like 6-7 years). not knowing what to expect, how fast to go and stuff, anyway -(3.23- a bit too fast, 3.36,3.49, 4.02-slight uphill,3.55,3.49,7.47 for 2k,3.50 and 3.34) ran alone after 2 k-just like in O-races total 37.48, climb just an estimate ) |
