WRE at US champs middle. decent start ( not aggressive though, followed by some 2 min sloppiness right after i caught Wyatt ( similar to yesterday's story ) and added another min on the way to 9 , just cuz.. about 3 min behind second spot (winner- the french dude was something out of.. France , or something like that )

US long. M45.had a good start. after 5th control was sloppy for 2-3 controls- lost 3 min there ( right after i caught Greg B.) looks like seeing nobody is better these days. another great long leg ( or partially) towards 12, lost about 6 more minutes either doing the worst of a route choice ( extra climb thru green), or just extra climb on another instance.. not bad physically after my work schedule last 2 months.
