A-final, M18, Swedish championship. My race in the final was good. The pace was slow, I didn't have a lot of good splits. However, the orienteering was great from my part and it made up for the slow speed. I placed 9th which I'm happy with considering my form.

Qualifier for the Swedish Championships middle distance final. I ran slow and had bad focus. I made it to the A-final by placing 8th in my heat (10 went to the A final.) That was the goal but the race was poor tbh.

Swedish Championship in long distance, A final. I had a great race until the second to last control where I screwed it all up. I was 4th after the first half of the race, 8th before the big mistake and 14th when I finished. Not a terrible result but the disappointment was huge.

Good thing about my race was that I was 4th after more then half an hour of the race despite not feeling fit. Things are looking up.

Qualification for the Swedish championship long distance race.

My race was pretty bad. I went to the A-final which was the goal but the execution was bad. I didn't push myself, I took bad route choices and I made two big mistakes. I had some good parts where I orienteered well.

Middle distance championship for my district. My running form is not good so the pace was very slow. The orienteering was great and I only had one mistake which was a bad route choice to the second to last control.

Good orienteering for most of the course. One silly mistake in the end of the race and some other smaller mistakes. The pace was terrible. The guys that came first and second shouldn't be running that much faster than me. This race was evidence that my running form is bad.
