Nice session, going at a pretty good pace and I felt quite good in the terrain. Focussing mainly on contours and generally pretty good. The direction and plan were good. The main thing to work on would be picture of the circle. 1st one went better than the second. I don't know whether that was fatigue or cold, not sure.

Long run with Max. Legs feeling alright and tried to go fast back along rustling road again and managed a pretty decent pace although feet were a little saw afterwards. Didn't do the usual loop because it started hailing when we got to the top of the valley.
