Lagganlia Tour Champs (pre run). Good run, good to see I was actually doing what I said the juniors should do.

WWW - really good pace, picture, simplification.

EBI - compass was off on 19 didn't drop down enough into the depression so I was too far right, wasn't quite so in contr ol at the end could be because of catching Max or just getting a little tired. Wasn't vigilant enough with compass on 9 so ended up too far right.

Coaches Knockout runners choice at Glenmore. Just got in front of Mikey at second to last control, gained about 7 seconds with a micro route choice. Bit scrappy at the start though.
