Final bit of training before heading home. Took it at a cruise and went until I felt like I'd had enough. Not the greatest techinical performance the world has ever seen and I'd have hoped for better in the last session but good enough and total time losses were less than 2 minutes for definite. I was getting the routechoices right which is good given that was where I lost all my time last Sunday, though I think that they were much easier here.
