Couldn’t bring myself to drive to Storrington for a wet Flyers slow run so got on the bike instead. Decided not to use kinomap and just use the bike stats monitor. Not sure I totally understand how the resistance levels / calories burned work, so I just put the headphones on and listened to Sara Cox and the half wowa and got on with it. Note to self, read the manual.
Set the distance for 20k but was sweating buckets by 15k having upped the anti on the resistance level. Over 300 cals burned.
