Decided it was time for a little jog to see how my achilles would cope. Kept my feet low to the ground to minimise stress. Felt a tiny twinge after about 1.75 miles on an incline so walked for a few metres until i was starting to go downhill again. Stopped for a little stretch to at the top of the village and then returned via the by-pass path. All in all, not too bad. Maybe a few park runs in September?
