Not going to get my bike ride in on Friday so decided to go today as weather was nice. Clockwise loop via Okehurst, Blue Ship, Slinfold, Itchingfield, Barns Green, Brooks Green, Barns Green and back via Billi by-pass

Wanted to do a run but couldn't face trekking round Billi on such a glorious morning. Headed down to Springehead Hill for a run on my own on the downs. Stiff south westerly heading out on the anti-clockwise route to The Burgh, then it was nice heading west to Wepham Down and Lee Farm. Ran/walked up to Chantry post and then headed back in the wind to Springhead. Felt hard but good to do a trail run on my own for a change and actually run rather than fishhook and wait for Flyers. Weather on the change now, glad I went out when I did.
