FF Saturday trail run from Springhead Hill, Wepham Down, Home Farm, New Down, Gallops, Lee Fram, Chantry Post and back. Lovely sunny, still morning, the calm before the storm. Fell over within 300m of starting out, tripped over a flint. Luckily only minor cuts to base of thumb which is pretty bruised and stiff. The rest of me just got a mud bath.
