Walking 1:35:00 [3] 5.3 mi (17:55 / mi)

Helping on the Billingshurst Community Bus outing to Chi Market turned into quite a nice day. Tim, the driver, has a boat at Chichester Harbour and after dropping our passengers off in London Road Car Park for their Poundland shop, he drove out to the harbour to check on his boat after the weekend storms. Oh my what a beautiful boat. After looking around I left him to do whatever sailors and their boats do, and headed back to Chi along Salterns Way. A bit muddy in places and the track was so flooded near the Dell Quay Road that I clambered through the fence and walked in the field instead.
Truly delightful walk back to Chi and on to Winden for a much needed glass of water. Better than spending 2.5 hours walking round the shops. Then it all went downhill, they wanted to go to Lidls before returing to Billi. Eyes to the ceiling emoji.

Tuesday Feb 11 #

Running 29:53 [4] 3.5 mi (8:32 / mi) +18m 8:24 / mi

2.5 laps of Mum's estate. I give up. That was too hard, and it was still bl**dy slow.

Monday Feb 10 #

9 AM

Running 44:18 [3] 5.01 mi (8:51 / mi) +40m 8:38 / mi

Sluggish run round Billi and Jubilee Fields. Strong wind hampered any chances of making up time on the downhill to back to south Billi.
