Woke up in the night with raging pain in my back. Took extra strength paracetamol before heading out with Jules this morning but everything felt wrong. Pain in back, right knee and foot. aargh!
Better Saturday route than last time though cutting out the long boring run along Rock Road. Might adjust the route next time to take in more of Washington Common rather than doing the Spierbridge Road end.
