Walking 4:00:58 [2] 11.65 mi (20:41 / mi) +1048ft 19:04 / mi

Parked in Stoke Road Amberley and headed up SDW and then south to The Burgh, Peppering High Barn, Burpham, Warningcamp and along the river to Arundel. Take away coffee and half a panini from the Motte and Bailey sitting in the sunshine by the war memorial. Then up through the park and down to the river. Rather than risk the possibility of mud along the river below Houghton we walked to South Stoke and headed over the river and up to North Stoke. Delightfully sunny day and introduced Simon to a couple pf paths that he'd never been on. 5 star+ route I would say, with a bit of everything.
