From Washington CP, SDW past Chanctonbury, then headed south towards Cissbury, Monarchs Way to Findon then headed back north to Pest House and back up to the triangle. Added a bit on for Wendy by heading back towards Chancontbury again and then down through the sheep field to make up 8 miles for Wendy’s requested distance (I missed .25mile cos forgot to restart Garmin at one point).
Ran with Wendy, Liz, Liz and Pete L.

Couldn’t bring myself to drive to Storrington for a wet Flyers slow run so got on the bike instead. Decided not to use kinomap and just use the bike stats monitor. Not sure I totally understand how the resistance levels / calories burned work, so I just put the headphones on and listened to Sara Cox and the half wowa and got on with it. Note to self, read the manual.
Set the distance for 20k but was sweating buckets by 15k having upped the anti on the resistance level. Over 300 cals burned.

3.9 mile walk with Skylar from Duncton VH, across the fields to do a circuit of Duncton Woods then back via Heath End and Burton Park. 1h31m.
Started drizzling heavily so came home as I didn’t fancy sitting outside Fittleworth Stores having a coffee.
