Depletion run - couldn't do till the afternoon as had to work in the forest so no food, just black coffee and water until I ran at about 4pm. It was pretty tough from especially in the last half hour but not as bad as yesterdays session. Was managing to hold the pace until watch died (I didn't plug it in properly last night so it got 30 mins charge whilst I was getting ready) and i kept pushing on after that although it was hurting. Legs in a mess at the end and didn't stop eating till I went to bed!
