Easy 2 over to Abraham's and Wolsley Park. Chase was empty besides some dog walkers and that big group of Thursday horse riders. Felt pretty good. Legs feel really strong, I think after using the turbo trainer. Definitely going to be something I do more regular in my training. Perhaps I can do my easy afternoon runs one day and then road bike intervals/turbo the next (excluding Friday rest days and Sunday long days)

Muscular endurance. It was a good concept, but I need to get the session styled properly to be zone 3. This could be big for the fell performance if it works correctly. Should in theory be the equivalent to having big Lakeland climbs, but in the gym.
