Over Sedbergh with Dad after going to the Pete Bland sale. Great area, but the weather was too bad to risk the fell route. Did a fell rep in just over 15 minutes, but tweaked back and asthma got pretty bad from the cold and winds.

After the Lakes instead of going out in the dark for a run. Finally got the heart rate up high on the road bike without the legs dying from lactic accumulation. Quite enjoying the pushing and sweating now.
