Wasn’t feeling that at all. Legs had no power or speed, and it just wasn’t feeling nice. Had to keep stopping and starting. Wanted to go <16:00 so a bit disappointed, but I guess it’s just one of those bad days and the wind was quite bad too. Going to stay positive though because I can’t do anything about it right now and just going to learn from it. I know now that I still need to work on cadence and I’m going to take the fartlek out and replace it with a short threshold run to start to higher my lactate threshold before spring.
