Nice and easy around the Sherbrooke hills. Felt pretty good, but legs were tired after yesterday.

Tough session all at above 90rpm. Should have really gone on a run, but didn’t have motivation and left it too late. Guess it’s good to spice up the training though, and I’m sure it’s going to be good for the ascending strength.
