Park run at pretty much current HM pace. Definitely felt the 5 weeks of training, the big run in Peaks yesterday and a heavy leg session a couple days ago. Although still a big 20s PB on the route, so training must be working. Got a bit competitive with the results online after so needed to remind myself that it was only a parkrun.
