Chase run with Craig, Jon, Matt, Gratton and Tom. Bit of a weird route by Matt, but it's nice to be on Chase again. Felt good, although a bit tired by the end. Time for a rest week now before Roaches and XC next weekend.

Strength and conditioning 1:15:00 [1]

Leg power and then core on the 5 minute recovery between sets:
5x3 box jump
5x3 1 leg box jump
5x3 squat jump
5x3 split squat jump
Felt good, but weight was probably a bit low on the box jumps because I didn't want to trip and get injured.
