Running race 1:19:19 [4] 9.11 mi (8:42 / mi) +932m 6:36 / mi

Cardington Cracker Fell Race. PB, sub 1:20, 2nd to Dan by not even 5 minutes and he was going for the record. Really brutal conditions with the wind and sloppy underfoot conditions. Happy with the result, but still a long way to go to where I want to be for the peak season. Wasn't expecting much with the focus being on building strength since October and doing no muscular endurance or power work, so felt strong but didn't have that bounce and endurance. Good confidence boost. Trig Race is the next goal, so time to get some real fitness, so I can try get my name on that bottle. Really feeling good at the moment and enjoying training, even I do keep getting colds.
