felt really good running today so decided to run up to the resovouir after I finishes running the Valleys course.

Dog walk with fly. Legs felt alright despite a long mynd valleys recce a couple hours earlier.

Comfortable Tuesday run with Hol. Running on the Brocton roads and trails felt amazing seeing I had been revising biology for the whole evening. Running on the chase is always a good way to relive the stresses of school and GCSEs.

Fitness wise: I felt really fit, but upper body technique seems to be very messy lately.
