Comfy Wrekin fell race recce prior to next the race next Sunday. Legs felt strong but learnt I need more conditioning on both leg and core muscles. Overall feeling fit and, I guess, somewhat quick.

After school run with fly. Asthma was quite bad and the mud-claws were killing my feet and legs; when I got home they went straight in the bin. Still felt good to get out, even if the majority of the time I was walking.
