chapel stile. Well I did say at the start I was not running competitively and I definetly did not run competitive. Alongside dad feeling ill, I wanted to focus more on navigation than racing. It was such a great area, summiting helm crag and even having controls on high rise. Additionally, either my navigation has improved or the navigation on the course was quite easy (I assume the latter) because there was not major losses of time on any controls as there usually is for Dad ad I. overall, a good race. I will need to run more competitive sometime in the future at these Kongs though.

Was in a bit of a bad mood so went for a run around brocton. Ended up smashing records Jacobs ladder and down old coach lane. Felt pretty fast to be fair.

WCH domination 1. To sum up Holly beat me to the first 4 controls and I shouldn't have had all them M&S biscuits with Meg prior to racing. Still cam second though so not too much of a tragedy.
