Sunday morning run with dad. Took map with me to practice staying in contact. legs felt good but got a bit hungry and lost form near the end.

Quite enjoying these before breakfast runs. Planned on doing a 10k, but Im going to take fly for a jog when rain stops so its all cool. Legs felt alright. Somewhat aching from the last two days long runs, but nothing too bad to stress over.

Before breakfast lunch run-
OH DAMN my legs felt great on this run. Felt like I was pushing but not half as much as I used to on the hills, but I was going the same speed! Got a tad hungry about the 8 mile mark but running felt great all the way to the end.

Broc HIill down and back. Slight bracken swim at the foot of Broc Hill but the rest of the run was nice.
