Rain all day in stafford so went up Ercal, up Wrekin, up that little hill over the other side of Wrekin and back same way. Legs felt very good and ran 90% of the run.

Went to Barmouth for the day. It was far too hot to run so decided to do some pull ups and core work on hang bored and about 20 minutes on slackline.

BG leg 4 recce with dad. Like running around Norway or Middle Earth. Legs must have felt strong because Dad was shocked to see me run up Great Gable without pushing too hard. It was real good day out and now I'm somewhat considering the whole run in 2020 summer which could be fun.
