Achilles felt much better, but still not perfect and I didn't want to risk a permenant injury so I took it dead slow. Well, I had one sprint up to Brocton Coppice to get the strava KOM. aha. But besides that it was very easy.
Quite like that route for a training run If time is tight one day. Bit longer than the Broc hill down and back.
