First hard run with new training plan. Legs felt like they could handle it which was a good sign.

Middletown fell race. Short and hard. Last time I run 80miles before a race week.

Another easy run with Fly. Made sure not to put strain on achilles.

Achilles felt much better, but still not perfect and I didn't want to risk a permenant injury so I took it dead slow. Well, I had one sprint up to Brocton Coppice to get the strava KOM. aha. But besides that it was very easy.

Quite like that route for a training run If time is tight one day. Bit longer than the Broc hill down and back.

Recovery Ride. Really quick on the downhill. Set up suspension and even got a couple trophies on strava. Achilles felt fine.
