Little Stretton to Stiperstones time trial:

Really enjoyable race. Navigation was fun with the clag down and running felt OK too. Made one very small navigation mistake where I went too far left on a spur, but everything else was fine. Target this year was 1:10, which I got. Next year I think sub 1 I will go for.

Wee run before English. Very bleak with the cold and fast wind, but it made it more atmospheric on the road which was needed. It also felt like I was wearing a parachute because of the Haglofs coat and the wind. Overall a good run focusing on heart rate rather than pace.
