Around the loop of the passing clouds race as Dad, Mary And Fly bouldered Balderstones. Underestimated how technical it would be and should have focused on nav more, but it was kinda hard using the OS Maps app. Felt pretty good running and more or less ran everything with a couples scrambles.

3 peaks with Dad for his birthday. Very windy on the tops. Had 500ml water (250ml after 2 hour and 250 going up Ingleborough), 1 banana at 1 hour and 1 Mars bar at 2 hour. Probably a bit much having the Mars bar at 2 hour; should have just had 1 banana at 2 hour. Think it is the furthest run in terms of distant I have done, but felt pretty good all the way. Dad fell over down Whernside so we slowed down a bit after that. Would be a really good training route and definitely going to have to race it one day. Right now feel like around 3:30 would be a reasonable time for me.

Enjoyable run; knee felt better, but not ready for strides again yet. Went from theorising about how the dinosaurs went extinct to wondering what other animals think about how evolved humans are. Probably go for another later if Dad wants to.

Easy after chinese. Planned on going with the head torch down the canal, but it ran out straight away. Ended up going on the roads. Can’t say I enjoy road running.
