First run to work from new house. Up to Hope Cross and down Jaggers Clough. Pretty cool place to live! Just doesn’t feel like home yet.

Don’t use my watch at all now, partially due to not finding charger and also because it’s quite nice going without it. Can’t see any reason why going for hard runs on a few days a week and then easy running the rest won’t produce similar adaptions to planned sessions focusing on pace and heart rate.
Maybe 3 years of uni has made me bored of science and numbers.
