Wanted it to be easier but couldn't keep my heart rate down, so just made it a v short run instead. Nothing too bad but probably shouldn't be doing things on back to back days.

Was going to do the Haries Monday run but went 15 mins early by which time there was no point as I'd been running for 20 mins. Met Niamh on the meadows so still had someone to run with which was nice.
