Cross country skiing classic 2:00:00 [3]

Practice was 1:30 hours with 4 1-2minutes intervals (zone 4). Because I plan on taking a rest day tomorrow I went for an extra half-hour ski.

Run it self was 25 minutes and the rets of the time was warm up and 5 minutes of stretching

Cross County skiing skate 1:30:00 [3]

6x90sec MAS intervals
we did 3 of the intervals then a ten minute zone 1 ski then the last 3 intervals.

AM Fitness (Stength) 1:00:00 [3]

muscles were really sore from the weekend so did a easier work out(each exercise was 2x15 reps)

main work out was 20 minutes non stop cardio gym circuit the rest of the time was warm up and stretching

Cross country skiing classic 1:30:00 [3]

zone 1 ski with 8 sprints 4 on flat and 4 uphill.

Monday Mar 4 #

did a 15 rep max workout going thought the exercises twice.

Strength 1:15:00 [3]

The last strength of the season did a circuit then a strength/stretching mini workout.
