Did the fun relay for the last ski day at sovereign then went for a 1:45 minute ski around sovereign

Went for a ski at sovereign lake. skied from the lowest point of sovereign to the top of sovereign(from silver queen up Lars Taylor) .

did a warm up medball work out around 25 minutes then a easy run/jog around the trails surrounding the school.

did a warm up. Then a 4.4 km run I included 4x5minute zone3 intervals. Then stretching at the end.

Started a Strength work out that will strengthen my running muscles and maintain muscles strength for skiing.

Did warm up then a 3.7 km run on 21 minutes. first real run that is not a run walk for two weeks
