didn't do the loppet at telemark but still went for a ski and did 10x1minute zone 4 intervals.

was not a hard workout today we had Jeff Orchard a physiotherapist came to the class and we went though how to check for muscles imbalances and exercises to help correct them.

was developing exercises that I would be able to d with my injured shoulder( and doing other strength exercises) and rolling.

We had a deck of cards and each symbol was a different exercise and the number was how many time we would repeat it. We also had a die that we rolled each time we flipped a card this would tell us how many side shuffles we would need to complete.

did as much of strength and core that I could do with my shoulder but also took about 20 minutes to stretch and role.

Some of the exercises were harder to do due my shoulder. Also my leg muscles were still sore making it a bit hard to do.
