Cross country skiing classic race 1:03:00  (injured)
The race was 7.5km. I decided that my shoulder was not well enough to race on it so I completed the race with one pole. Since yesterday was the first intensity I had done for around a month I was still feeling the effects of yesterdays race.
Cross County skiing skate race 2:40:00  (injured)
2 hours and ten minutes were warm up. the race was a 1200m sprint, with only ten athletes we only had a qualifier semi final and a final. I tried to use both poles for my races but by the last race I couldn't ski with it. we will see what will happen tomorrow I may not be able to race, but I will try to do the warmup before making a decision.
After 30 minutes with the ski team I decided that I should go out on my own just to adjust my skiing pace and how much up hill I completed. Also didn't want to hurt my knee and shoulder too much so went only for an hour and 5 minutes instead of an hour and a half.

the first part of the course I went on the bike (zero resistance). The only test we completed were the sit up test, plank test, and sit and reach test. Sit up test I completed 86 sit ups before metronome stopped counting. Plank test (front plank) I did with one arm and got to one minute. Sit and reach test was not good I could not reach the ruler which was 20 cm away from where my feet were situated.
had a 4 hours and 30 minute meeting today. I also had physio for my knee ND shoulder. My knee should be ok to ski again on Wednesday. My shoulder is making good progress and I am allowed to use both arms while skiing again.
