Started with the group and was able to complete 3 out of the 7 intervals. Afterwards I broke away from the group to return to the chalet because my knee was in pain. At the chalet I realized that my knee was slightly swollen.

They were doing sprints and stuff that was quite dependant on the knee, so I went on the bike with resistance (was not a great idea to use resistance). I spent about 10 minutes doing core and 10 minutes rolling and stretching.
