did 3x10min (zone 3) intervals. My knee is still bothering me while I ski but I was able to complete the interval sessions.

We were at total Fitness today. We were using boxes and weights. It was a bit hard on my knee and shoulder so I was careful with what I did.

Started with the group and was able to complete 3 out of the 7 intervals. Afterwards I broke away from the group to return to the chalet because my knee was in pain. At the chalet I realized that my knee was slightly swollen.

They were doing sprints and stuff that was quite dependant on the knee, so I went on the bike with resistance (was not a great idea to use resistance). I spent about 10 minutes doing core and 10 minutes rolling and stretching.

My knee felt ok today I was still tired from the weekend. We did 6x10s Sprints up sky trail. After ski practice my knee was a bit sore.
