Orienteering Freshers Taster Session Bath Uni Mountaineering Club

Planned and set up 3 courses on campus and attracted around 20 people, with 10-15 new faces and mostly new to orienteering. Great turnout, as also more people interested but couldnt make this session. Excited to see how the year progresses, but everyone enjoyed it and this was an ideal start. If we can convince the SU, could be looking at taking two mens and two womens teams to BUCS!! Long way to go though :)

Cycling - Spin 20:00 [3]

13 minutes hardish, kinda like I was going up a long gently sloping hill. Then 7 mins easy. Knee felt nearly 100% fine and only like a less than 1 tiny pang pulling a new bed up the staurs after. Two hour long walks up and down to campus aand nearly 30k steps total. Good progress

Same again. Feeling easier already. Got no space in my room cos I broke the bed, but hopefully can get 20-30mins done tmrw
