Strength and Conditioning 30:00 [4]

Boxer Burner Apparently, sweating more than I do when I run, though was in a small room. Quite fun. Might invest in some small dumbells. Good focus on cardio, core, arm and shoulder and glute strength. Hopefully doing more of this will improve my running in the long term
