Strength and Conditioning 40:00 [3]

Maintenance

Mainly ankle strengthening and other stuff. Just got super worried when lying doing clams as the outside of my right knee was super painful - still is. Though I then thought back and realised it was most likely a bruise from diving earlier to take a catch whilst playing kick cricket - I' such a drama queen, lol hope it actually was this.

Glute and Hip Strengthening followed by Core and Arm Strengthening. Been a bit lax lately and given my groin is still giving me problems, although only slight, will focus on this in the short-term

Back with SMOC training on a cool Wolverton Map that will be great when they do the full-urban there. Was a score event but with lampost numbers etc. as controls. Went to all but one with some time to spare, but couldn't see 2 of them when I was there. Groin a bit odd but hopefully will be fine. Will do some recovery on it tommorrow. Don't know why it seems to do this?

Score was 40 minutes and I had 5 minutes spare going easy at the end too. Didn't actually win but oh well ;)

Lots of squats and stuff. Back into it after a break due my exploits at the weekend. Looking to do Parkrun on Saturday if I can get there and then get a pb ofc!!
