Had a physio session today and got some exercises etc. to get me back on track. Still able to run, but good I have some solutions to the niggles I have been experiencing!

Glute and hip strengthening with some of the right hand side exercises replaced by left side clams. Building a really good platform for when I get back to running

Foam rolling followed by a boxing type workout. Trying to improve my core strength and just an overall good and fun exercise. Booked a physio for Friday, so hopefully I can get some advice on reducing the injuries I have been getting and also booking vacs for gothenburg
