Run around wooler, groin ached after and tfl on right side hurt a lot, need to keep up the stretches, fine in a few days. Also randomly after a walk the next day my right ankle was in terrible pain and found a tendon badly swollen, bad the next day, but rested and its mostly healed now, hopefully fine when I start running on it again. Literally no idea how it happened which is worrying, and its still not fully gone, so hoping running won't aggravate it.
