Strength and Conditioning 15:00 [3]

aha hey, lol my injury hasn't healed but next week I am starting a back to running programme which is exciting. Been doing intensive strength and conditioning and started a hop programme today. Quite good and exciting tbh and lets see how it goes. In the mean time walked a few orienteeing events and organised a dartmoor training weekend and we took 9 from Bath which i was super happy with and we even had reserves who couldnt come! (which is sad, but promising for numbers)

Oh the session was side plank leg raises, weighted lunge thrusts, single leg raised hip lifts and marching calf raises. Tough but rewarding
