Standard excercises, with some skater jumps too

Running (Path) 21:00 [2] 3.5 km (6:00 / km)

Pace when running was around 4:10's to 4:40's. Maybe a bit quick, but was very focussed on my technique and felt quite easy. Session was 7 x 2mins running, 1 min walking. Really happy that I was able to run for this amount total and nothing from my injury, so all positive! :)

Went climbing in TCA for 4 hours which was probably not the best idea after my first run in so long, but still feel ok which was good. Really fun with a lot of people there from BUMC

Strength and Conditioning 15:00 [3]

I trained yday too, but gonna update daily now, cos Ive been told I can try run again. but im gonna be careful and not rush at all. First run is friday, 2 on 1 walking repeat 7 times. Im excited, but nervous, if no pain gonna be so happy, just foaming today with the roller, and a little bit of left hip stuff. Did some other exercises at the physio earlier

Strength and Conditioning 20:00 [3]

Hop programme and side plank leg lifts. Probs should record more often, doing something everyday. Also spent 1 hour collecting controls on a steep hill which was pretty taxing on top of all the s and c and managed to do most from map memory from planning the day before. One was partially eaten by a cow, which is sad, but the sunset was nice
