Orienteering 13:11 [3] 2.15 km (6:08 / km)

Southern Champs - W90 Champion

was a fun course in a nice area. Very short and I decided to run it pretty quickly, but my navigation suffered as a result! Mixed the walking and running, but also banana'd a few of the controls, but still spiked them all (apart from one stupid error). Overall Nav could have been better, but was happy about running speed more than anything else. Felt easy over the terrain. One big fall, so looks like someone has branded my quad, but who cares :)

Need to work on map contact, cos the nav was easy, I just barely looked at my map. Will integrate some map reading into my runs from now!!

easy warm down (from what? :)) with Pranas and then by myself. Was nice to do a little more running and felt good. Excited for more soon (but not too much). Overall a really fun weekend

Southern Night Champs ~ Fun area, really enjoyed it. My first night event, obvs walking, but spiked all but one of the controls, lovely stuff!! Resting up now for the big challenge tmrw ;) happy to come 9th of 60

3 mins running, 1 min rest x 5 with a ten minute break to play on the swings in the middle. Lol was fun running with Alice and beautiful evening sun. Everything felt fine, so yayyyy.

ok, so don't judge me too hard for running around a playpark 30 times, buttt, I needed flat soft ground and there were a lot of dogs (last time I wore a headtorch I was chased and was not fun) on the bit I had planned to run around so the playpark was the best option, ran around different ways of course. Cool views of Bath in the low cloud and rain and finished off with a little go on the zip line :)

Nice little laps around Bushey Norwood, which was really fun, nothing from the knee so yayyyyyyyy. All runs will be a version of walking and running for the next little bit, but feels good to be back out!!

Played in goal with pearson and his mates, we won through a last minute goal and I did a lot of squatting whilst in goal ;) good bit of punting
