Parkrun. Tbh pretty happy as this isnt a quick course so good progress being made without really running too much atm. felt strong and took someone on the finish as per. Last run in bath unless i have time tmrw :(

Had to go to bristol so I could take a pic to pass my cwk tmrw, and dan still had my glove, got that back and went for a lovely run, courtesy of matts kind storage facilities and route planning :)
