Steady run, although with a few stops to adjust shoes for new orthotics. Getting better on the hills too.

good warm-up, then 80x25m with pb, every 4th hard. Hards in about 20-21 easys in 23-24.

Plan was for a morning swim, but goggles were bust... so weights and run instead..... very slowly given calf/achilles after yesterdays run... 10kph max

Beautiful night so decided to venture out for a night run.... which was in fact lovely. Need to work on the route a little given general lack of streetlamps and pavements, but I think this is going to be the way forward.

Meant to go for 90, but the ascents quickly took their toll on my calf. Much smoother running generally though.
